Asbury Heights, a senior living community in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading recreational and educational activities for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a variety of programs and activities to meet the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of our residents

• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the successful delivery of activities

• Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation

• Create a warm, inviting, and inclusive environment for all residents

• Continuously evaluate programs and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy, Gerontology, or related field preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge of senior population and recreational programming
